I have the most interesting life selling waterfront real estate on Lake Gaston. It is so hard to believe that Lake Gaston is still one of North Carolina's "BEST KEPT SECRETS". Lake Gaston is rural and growth has been slow and painful. While some love it here others would go somewhere else in search of more commercial and retail amenities. The anglers who visit and fish in the tournaments year round would proclaim it to be the "fishing paradise" of the Carolinas. You should be here during one of the bass tournaments! Many come to visit and stay for a lifetime. After living in Dallas for 13 years and working with Coldwell Banker HPW in Raleigh, NC; I would never imagined myself living here. But it works! I drive across the Eaton Ferry Bridge on the way to my office and gaze out at the sparkling diamonds on the Lake as a reflection of the sun and pinch myself that I should be so lucky to call Lake Gaston "HOME". Lake Gaston has brought me into a new life and I can celebrate the joy with you! I have fun selling real estate and my clients turn out to be incredible friends and some are even "rich and famous".

As a Southern born and bred North Carolinian native, I was quite happy to return to my roots. Forget taxi drivers and 90 mph freeways in the city! The only detour in Eastern North Carolina may be a slow-moving tractor or lumber truck. But who's rushing anymore?
My professional real estate expertise includes four years of commercial real estate practice in Dallas, Texas. When I returned to North Carolina in 1999, I associated myself with Coldwell Banker in Raleigh. I migrated to Lake Gaston in 2003. Since then, I've acquired my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation as well as my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). Since Lake Gaston encompasses two states and five counties I am licensed in North Carolina and Virginia so I can better serve my clients and can show properties in all five quadrants NE/SE/SW/NW.
I'm proud of my designations because they have equipped me with the knowledge to better serve my buyers, sellers, and investors like you. My education never stops, and even now I am working on my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a member of FIABCI-USA (International Real Estate Federation). No one else on Lake Gaston is a member of FIABCI and my membership in this international organization promotes my Seller's listings to affluent international investors. My listings are promoted in various types of printed media including UNIQUE HOMES MAGAZINE.
